1. The promo shall run from April 1 to June 30, 2014.
2. For every single or accumulated receipt worth P2, 000 from all Megaworld Lifestyle

Mall establishments entitles customer to one (1) raffle entry. Customers may present their receipts at designated promo booths located within the participating malls.

3. Double your raffle entries when you reach the purchase requirement using your Megaworld Citibank credit card.

4. Receipts must be presented to redeem for raffle stubs at the following redemption booths:

    a. Eastwood Mall- Ground floor escalator landing area
    b. Eastwood Citywalk I & II Information Center between Bigoli and Häagen-Dazs
    c. Eastwood Cybermall Ground Floor Main Entrance
    d. Burgos Circle / Forbes Town Center- beside Johnny Rockets
    e. Lucky Chinatown Mall- G/F Concierge
    f. Newport Mall – 2nd Floor Newport Mall Plaza
    g. Venice Piazza Atrium (McKinley Hill)– Ground Floor Main Entrance
    h. Tuscany (McKinley Hill)- between Bag O’Shrimp and Terry’s Selection
    i. Paseo Center- G/F Lobby
    j. Clubhouse at Temple Drive- staircase landing area

5. Receipts from bill payments, gym memberships, hotel accommodations, casino purchase, account settlements and purchases from temporary exhibitors are not qualified for redemption.

6. Customers must fill out the raffle coupon with their complete name, complete address, contact number and affix signature to qualify as a valid entry. Raffle stubs can be dropped at drop box located at the redemption booths.

7. Deadline for the submission of all coupons is at mall closing hours on June 30, 2014. Late entries will not be accepted.

8. Prizes at stake:
    a. One (1) winner of two (2) round- trip business class tickets to New York via Qatar Airways.
        i. Winners to depart from Clark International Airport
        ii. Tickets are valid within a period of six (6) months from the date of issue.
        iii. All travel documents, travel tax and other travel related expenses shall be shouldered by the winner.
    b. One (1) winner of Volvo V40 (1.6L T4)
        i. Winner of the Volvo V40 can claim the car at Viking Cars, Incorporated (2272 Chino Roces Avenue Makati City, 1232 Philippines) within 60 days from receipt of notification.
        ii. The winner shall pay for the 20% tax of the prize, registration documents for the vehicle and other expenses that may be incurred in relation to the prize.

9. Raffle draw will be on July 3, 2014 at 4 PM at the Eastwood Mall Atrium with the presence of a DTI representative.

10. To claim the prize, winner must present a valid ID with picture, the winning raffle stub and the registered mail.

11. Winner shall shoulder the 20% tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00

12. Winners can only win once. If drawn more than once, he/ she gets the prize with higher value. Prizes are transferrable but not convertible to cash.

13. Winners will be notified through a registered mail. The winner shall present a valid ID (driver’s license, company ID, passport, etc.), the winning raffle stub and the registered mail at the Marketing Department, Megaworld Commercial Division Office, 7/F 1880 Building, Eastwood Avenue, Eastwood City Cyberpark, E. Rodriguez Jr. Ave, Bagumbayan, Quezon City.

14. Winners shall have 60 days to claim the prize upon receipt of notification. Prizes not claimed within 60 days from the receipt of notification shall be forfeited in favor of Megaworld Corporation, with prior approval of the DTI.

15. Winners shall allow Megaworld Lifestyle Malls to feature them in any and all publicity materials connected to the promo.

16. Employees of Megaworld Corporation, Megaworld Commercial Division and affliates, partner establishments, agencies including relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not allow to participate in this promo.

17. In case of any dispute, the decision of Megaworld Lifestyle Malls, through its Marketing Division, with the concurrence of DTI shall be deemed final and irrevocable.
