Abstract
From February 1 to March 31, 2014, purchase of participating products in the Watsons Triple Treats
promo entitles
consumers to: 1) Triple SM Advantage Card points; 2) Discounts for participating products; and 3)
Earn raffle entries in
the Watsons Triple Treats Promo.
How to join & who are eligible to join:

For a person to avail the triple points, he/she must:
a. Be an SM Advantage Card/SM Prestige/BDO Rewards card holder
b. Have purchased a participating product within the promo period

For a person to avail the discount, he/she must have purchased a participating product within the
promo period

For a person to qualify in the SMS raffle, he/she must:
a. He/she must have purchased at least P500.00 inclusive of at least one qualifying product from
any of the
Triple Treats participating products from Watsons Personal Care Stores or The SM Store Beauty
Section
b. Be a subscriber of Smart, Talk ‘N Text, Sun Cellular, Globe, or Touch Mobile
c. Be registered to the WATSONS TRIPLE TREATS PROMO
d. Have sent the invoice number and number of entries earned from the purchase by texting
WATSONS <invoice
number/number of entries> to 2600. (Ex. WATSONS 123456/2)
e. Have sent his/her entry within February 1 to March 31, 2014
How to earn triple points:
Members must present their SM Advantage, SM Prestige or BDO Rewards Card upon purchase of
any Triple Treats
participating product. If a consumer does not have an SM Advantage Card (SMAC)/SM
Prestige/BDO Rewards card,
he/she is still eligible to avail the discount and to earn a raffle entry.
How to earn entries in the raffle:
1. Every P500 purchase inclusive of at least 1 qualifying product from any participating brand in any
Watsons or
The SM Store Beauty Section entitles the customer to a raffle entry.
2. To send an entry, text the invoice number + number of entries earned* to 2600.
*
For purchases made in Watsons Personal Care Stores, the number of entries earned by the
customer will be indicated by the number of
coupons printed at the end of the receipt. (P500 purchase = 1 coupon) The customer will then have
to manually count the number of
coupons and text the total (Ex. 2 coupons = 2 entries) together with the invoice number to 2600.
*For purchases made in The SM Store Beauty Section, the number of entries earned by the
customer will be printed at the end of the
receipt.
Syntax: WATSONS <Invoice #/ no. of entries> to 2600.
Example: WATSONS 123456/2
Cost: P2.50/txt for Globe, TM, Smart & TnT; P2/txt for Sun Cellular
3. Entries with the correct syntax will receive a confirmation of their entry
4. An Invoice Number can only be used once.

How to register for the raffle:
1. Subscribers have to register to validate their entries for the raffle. Only one name per mobile
number is
allowed, but a user may register his/her name using several mobile numbers.
2. To register, subscribers have to enter the following information in the correct format and sequence
as shown
below.
Syntax:

3. All information sent will be kept confidential and will be used solely for the promotion.
4. Registration is one-time and is free of charge.
Requirements to validate entries:
1. Qualified entries must:
a. Be registered to the WATSONS TRIPLE TREATS PROMO
b. Have submitted his/her entry within the promo period
c. Have received a confirmation text from Xurpas’ access number (2600);
d. Be present at Xurpas system database within the promo duration.
2. All participants are presumed to have read and understood, and agree and abide by the promo’s
complete
rules and regulations.
Provision on invalid entries:
The ff: shall not earn entries:
1. Those subscribers not registered for the promo
2. Those who did not text the invoice # and # of entries accurately
Who are NOT qualified/eligible to join the promo:
All employees of Watsons Personal Care Stores Inc. and SM Retail Group, its third party agencies
(including Xurpas, Inc.,
Havoc Digital, Smart Communications, Digitel Philippines, Globe Telecom, Innove Communications,
and employees of
participating stores) and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are
disqualified from
joining the promo.
1. Non-winning entries of the week will be eligible to win in the succeeding weeks.
2. An Invoice Number can only be used once by one mobile number.
3. All prizes are transferrable but not convertible to cash.
4. The 20% prize tax of prizes P10, 000 and above shall be shouldered by the winner.
Determination of Raffle Entries:
1. Winners must be a subscriber of Smart, Talk n Text, Sun Cellular, Globe or TM, whether in
Postpaid or Prepaid
plans.
2. Postpaid subscribers must be charged/billed properly; Pre-paid subscribers must be properly
decremented
3. Winners will be chosen from the qualified entries received from February 1 to March 31
4. Entries received within the promo period will be drawn on the following dates:
5. The “Board of Judges” composed of a duly authorized representative from Xurpas, Inc., Watsons
Personal Care
Stores Inc., and SM Retail Group Philippines with the presence of a DTI representative will
supervise the
drawing of winners. Decisions by the Board of Judges are final with concurrence to DTI.
Validation Process:
1. Winning mobile numbers will be notified by a call & registered mail from an authorized Watsons
representative.
Redemption of Raffle Prizes:
1. The winner must present the following when claiming their prize:
a. A valid ID with picture and address
b. The winning SIM card where the entry was made
c. Winning official receipt (readable, untampered)
d. Registered mail
2. Upon verification, arrangements will be made for the winner* to claim their prize at:
*Bi-Weekly winners: Havoc Digital Office located at 2F Casmer Bldg, 195 Salcedo St., Legaspi
Village, Makati City.
*Grand prize winner: Watsons Personal Care Stores Inc. Head Office located at 9F One Ecomm
Center, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City
For provincial winners:
a. Watsons Personal Care Stores Inc. shall contact the winner and make arrangements for claiming
the
prize.
b. The bi-weekly winners must go to the company’s nearest satellite office in the province to meet
with
an authorized representative. Transportation, boarding, and lodging shall be shouldered by the
winner.
3. For prepaid subscribers, account should be active and should have been properly decremented
for all
transactions. If inactive, winner shall present an affidavit of loss when claiming the prize.
4. For post-paid subscribers, account should have no outstanding balances on the date of
redemption.
5. If winner is a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his parent/s or legal guardian.
6. Qualified winners must claim their prizes within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification. Failure
to claim
within the allotted time/duration forfeits the winner’s right over the prize.
7. The raffle winner agrees to have his/her name and photo included in all advertisements and other
related
material.
